If you have already watched the video, you can skip straight to the questions. Once you are done and have scored a minimum of 380 out of 420 on the multiple choice form, we will review your application and notify you of the outcome, successful applicants can then finalize membership at The Leafy Bison. Please remember to bring a valid form of ID when you come in for the finalization.
